Shah’s Bio

Shah Tehrany is a seasoned mortgage executive with over 10 year of experience in the real estate and mortgage banking industries.  He is a graduate of the School of Management at Boston University with dual degree concentrations in Finance and Management Information Systems.

Shah serves as Managing Director of the Private Client Division at Franklin First Financial, Ltd.  Franklin First Financial, Ltd is an Approved FHA Title II Lender with licenses to lend in 40 states.  They have been in the mortgage lending business for 15+ years and proudly maintain an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau.

Shah currently maintains individual mortgage loan originator licenses in 22 states.  His primary areas of expertise are residential purchase and refinance transactions.  He assists 200+ clients per year to become new home owners.  He is a firm believer that if you do it right the first time that you will never need to refinance in the future.  His approach is to make every client a client for life and to serve as a trusted advisor.  His expertise and detailed knowledge of multiple facets of the real estate world allow him to provide his clients with a unique and pragmatic perspective
