As we approach the end of the year we want to take another shot at a little bit of business humor before we get back to the real market updates again next week. So we want to take a little page out of David Letterman’s Top 10 with “The Top 10 Things to Look Forward to in 2012” with the obvious theme towards mortgage banking….

#5) The NY Mets buy Met Life Correspondent division because Snoopy is a better mascot than Mr. Met

#4) The Foreign National program is expanded to include residents of New Jersey

#3) Angelo Mozilo from Countrywide declares himself a Presidential candidate for the Independent Party

#2) All FHA MIP payments are used to get Led Zeppelin to reunite and play a show at the 2012 MBA convention
